The critically and commercially failed product from John Romero, what i can say, this game feels like a Quake 2 wanna be but at the same time it was a mess, buggy AI (even with the community patches is still a problem...

I love this game, I don't know why. It scratches some autistic part of my brain that makes me appreciate what Romero was trying to do and I love the aesthetic, strange weapons and atmosphere. After Episode 1 (which is genuinely awful) the rest of the game is amazing. Definitely overhated but patch 1.3 is essential. Teleporting sidekicks and unlimited saves will cause you less stress and frustration.
