Ignore the mixed reviews. This DLC is exactly what it purports to be and is excellent at it. One common mod was broken for a few hours on the release day and dummies review bombed it.
This publisher is now "relaunching" games to force people to buy the game again and enjoy new dlc while taking the original off sale even though the relaunch is a worse game than the original. I used to really enjoy ...

Bridges are super nice and the quays are AMAZING! Its so nice to finally have more quay options!
Some great looking bridges and piers. Highly recommended to spice up the looks of your waterways.
I bought the DLC for the custom Quays, they are cool but lack some detail and also don't connect to the vanilla quays, which is very annoying sometimes. Bridges also have a lot of compatibily issues with vanilla assets.

This publisher is now "relaunching" games to force people to buy the game again and enjoy new dlc while taking the original off sale even though the relaunch is a worse game than the original. I used to really enjoy paradox games and could tolerate the DLC spam but this is one of the most disgusting anti consumer practices I've ever witnessed. Would refund everything from Paradox if I could.
