Botany Manor is a first-person puzzle game set in a Victorian English manor.
It's 1890, and you play as botanist Arabella Greene, who is working to finish her botanical research book 'Forgotten Flora'.
Explore a complete historical English manor and its grounds, researching how to grow rare plant specimens from seed.
There are many rooms and gardens to discover, all set inside a beautiful countryside surrounding.
The manor is filled with mysterious clues for you to discover, including books, posters, letters and fascinating Victorian contraptions.
The plants you grow are fantastical, but still inspired by real phenomena in nature, so some of them require you to think outside the box. Using what's available to you in the manor, you must create the ideal conditions for each plant.
Room by room, you learn more about the life and career of Arabella, and the challenges she faced as a woman navigating her scientific career.
Botany Manor offers a relaxing and peaceful environment, feel free to stop and smell the roses.

Very fun an quaint game. Good for a nice rainy day or when you want a mildly/moderately challenging short puzzle game :3 10/10 I just wish there was more :P AND okay like let me hold more than one item PLEASE JOHN...

I finally got around finishing this game and really liked it! The art style is pretty, I like the puzzles and how you explore the house to find all clues and how all is related. Also the back story of the main character and the kind of subtle message it leaves at the end. Would nice to have a DLC in the future with who know 3-6 new flowers.

I adore this game, very lovely. The way of growing flowers is quite creative (in concept and in the way we - the players- had to figure out the clues and method) and I enjoyed finding the tidbits that gave a idea as to what the lore was. (I've now played this on the xbox and pc, still love it)

One of the first few games I purchased after getting a Steam Deck. Great English garden vibes with realistic environmental sounds (birds chirping, wind, etc...). Puzzles make sense and pitched at the right level for me (I'm around Arabella's age). Love exploring the manor and the grounds, though I did have have to tweak the settings to minimize motion sickness. I enjoyed the game so much that I held off playing the final chapter, not wanting it to end. Well done devs.
