Bought it for the co-op experience and it barely works. Play any of the other Borderlands games instead of this lag infested experience.

It's no Battleborn, but the game isn't bad; I like it better than BL3, at least. I got it on sale, but I probably would have paid full price for it if Pitchford hadn't done everything within his power to alienate customers. As for the performance issues, my PC runs it fine, but that's just my subjective experience. Proceed with caution if your hardware is a little older.

10min to load shaders, gets hung at 22% and closes program, restart. Load shaders 15min, "patch needed, restarting" - restart. Load shaders 20min, enter the game. Continue charcter, load shaders again 5min. Finally able to play the game at 50FPS Really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ trash optimization

The dlc is overpriced, the vault hunters are uninspired, the open world is filled with go to marker and press e quests and serves only to pad the game and decrease peformance. The guns feel slippery and dont kick (for the most part) This is the worst borderlands yet. Bl3 has better gunplay, Bl2 has better everything. I do not reccomned this one especially when u can pick up bl2 or 3 for under 20 with all dlcs included. 3/10

Bought it for the co-op experience and it barely works. Play any of the other Borderlands games instead of this lag infested experience.

I hate when people with a 5090 say "I have a pretty powerful rig" no. I have THE BEST gaming gpu currently on the market so why do I have to struggle to reach 60 fps without DLSS? Borderlands used to run on from the lowest graphics card to the highest experimental tech in BL2 with the PHYSX stuff in that game. I'm sick of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ optimization. I love this game and just want to play it the way it is meant to be played.
